Before LJM had a name, it was a neighborhood kid doing odd jobs for family friends and neighbors — raking yards, hauling junk, helping out wherever an extra set of hands was needed. LJM Property Care made it official in May of 2023, with one truck, one phone number, and a simple promise — show up when you say you will, do the work the way you'd do it for your own house, and leave the place better than you found it.
Three years in, the model hasn't changed. Logan still answers the phone. Logan still quotes the jobs. The list of services has grown — lawn, yard, carpet, snow, asphalt sealing — and a small crew now helps out on bigger work, but every job goes through him.
That's the whole pitch: one person you can actually reach, backed by a couple of people you can trust to show up on time and do it right.
